So who are we?

Stephanie Starr is a business consultant, international speaker, real estate investor, real estate educator and the Acquisitions Manager of the Property Gains Wealth team. She has been an entrepreneur since she was 19, a real estate investor since 24, and has successfully helped many high-powered female entrepreneurs thrive in their industries. She is very passionate about educating and empowering more women to be at the forefront of creating secured long-term wealth through real estate.

We become partners in growing wealth through real estate. Our team manages every aspect of acquiring and managing properties; while you simply enjoy the benefits of financial gains.
Through a Partnership Agreement, we maintain ownership and manage the property to its completion (whether 6 months, or 20 years into the future) while shareholders and lenders receive monthly interest payments from the shares they have acquired in the properties that we have purchased. This is how your money truly does the work for you!
